TERMS OF SERVICE

All the key info in one place.

1. HOW I WORK

I mainly focus on cinematic, scenic artworks. My style is based on mixing media to build complete illustrations. For the best results, avoid requesting highly detailed close-up realism or hard-surface designs. Fully detailed sketches or traditional drawing-only artworks are not offered.I work in any orientation and format - horizontal, vertical, square, banners, or custom sizes. Before starting the final artwork, I provide an initial concept/sketch in the form of simple thumbnails. Once you approve the concept and we discuss any changes, we proceed to payment.Work begins only after you approve the concept and make full payment. Please do not send payment before I confirm your commission.Cancellations are not possible once the concept is approved and work on the final illustration has started. You may use the finished artwork for personal or commercial purposes, except for AI dataset creation, AI training, or NFTs.By commissioning me, you allow me to publish the artwork on my portfolio and social media.

2. HOW I PRICE MY WORK

Each project I take on is unique, so pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and overall creative requirements of the artwork.I work with starting prices for each service, which serve as a baseline for simpler compositions. The final price may vary depending on factors such as the number of characters, level of detail, environment complexity, and overall visual scope of the piece. For example, a simpler composition with a single subject and minimal background will stay closer to the base price. I always aim to keep pricing as close to the starting rate as possible whenever the project's scope allows. More complex scenes, such as multi-character compositions, detailed cinematic environments, or storytelling-heavy illustrations, may require a higher price due to their increased artistic scope and complexity. What usually affects the pricing:
- Additional Original Character (+ €50)
- Any high-detailed and significant element to the scene with reference design work required (+ €50)
- Complexity of details (subject to negotiation)
This pricing structure reflects the complexity of the artwork itself rather than the time required to complete it, ensuring each project is valued based on its creative and visual demands. All details can be discussed and adjusted where possible; the price will not go below the stated starting rate for each service. Before starting any project, I always confirm and provide the final total price for approval, which must be agreed upon before work begins. If you're unsure how your idea fits within a specific service, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to discuss your concept and provide a tailored estimate.

3. REVISIONS

I offer 1–2 revisions on the initial sketch/thumbnails stage. Minor adjustments can be made in the final illustration if feasible without major rework. My workflow involves a large number of layers, so some changes in the final stage may be difficult or time-consuming. I will always communicate clearly if a requested change requires extra effort. For revisions that require significant additional time, a small fee of €25 - €50 may apply, with your approval.

4. DEADLINES & RUSH REQUESTS

Typical creation time ranges from 1 week to a few weeks, depending on the queue and complexity of the artwork; sometimes it may take over a month. Usually, I deliver in around 1-2 weeks since the start of the current artwork.Rush requests are possible only if your commission is first in the queue. I will do my best to prioritize your order and speed up the process whenever possible, but an additional fee may apply depending on priority. Please be aware that sometimes I may not be able to do it. If you have a specific solid deadline, you have to let me know before we start.

At the moment, I work part-time, so my delivery time can take a bit longer than usual. If you have a rough deadline, I may not be able to meet it.
